Since 1984, Dr Tameev's training and clinical work have continuously developed to accommodate patients of all needs. Applying his well-rounded experience to complex surgeries (cardiovascular, Whipple's procedures, neuroendocrine tumours etc) and medical problems in Anaesthesia, he has established a reliable and high quality practice. 

 

Undertaking extensive research (equivalent to three years of PhD study) as a part of his training, Dr Tameev looked closely at “The Conditions of the Microcirculation of the Patients With Pathology of the Heart and Main Arteries, Being Operated Upon in the Hyperbaric Oxygenation Environment”. Publishing 17 papers.

Dr Gerri Khong
MBBS (Hons) FANZCA MHM

Gerri Khong is a Staff Specialist Anaesthetist at Westmead Hospital and VMO Anaesthetist at Royal North Shore Hospital. She is also Director of the Clinical Simulation Centre at Westmead Hospital. She trained as an anaesthetist in Perth, Western Australia and completed her Fellowship at the Alfred Hospital where she then worked as a consultant at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the Alfred Hospital and the Austin Hospital before relocating to Sydney. She has also completed a Masters of Health Management at UNSW.

Her clinical interests include anaesthesia for Upper Gastrointestinal (in particular, pancreatic and liver surgery), Ear, Nose and Throat surgery and Difficult Airway management. She regularly works with Dr Mittal at Royal North Shore hospital.

Dr Khong’s non-clinical interests include medical education, clinical simulation, human factors and quality and safety in healthcare. She is an examiner for the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists Fellowship exam and is also a member of the Executive for both the ANZCA Airway Special Interest Group (SIG) and also the ANZCA Medical Education SIG. She regularly teaches on a range of local and national courses/conference workshops.

Dr. Rajesh Reddy

MBBS FANZCA

Rajesh Reddy is a Specialist Anaesthetist with public hospital appointments as a Visiting Medical Officer at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital and Ryde Hospital and has private hospital affiliations at the Mater Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital, Sydney Adventist Hospital and Norwest Private hospital.

 

Trained as an anaesthetist from the Canberra region anaesthetic training program, he further nurtured his special interest in Paediatric Anaesthesia by pursuing a fellowship at  the Westmead Children’s Hospital. He has also completed the Perioperative Medicine Course from Monash university. His other special interests include anaesthesia for Upper gastrointestinal surgeries (oncology surgery of Oesophagus, Stomach, Liver & Pancreas & Bariatric weight loss surgeries), regional anaesthesia for orthopaedic surgeries and anaesthesia for spine and neurosurgical procedures.
